    The practice will be moving to more digital primary care services in the future, these services will enhance how patients book appointments and make requests for repeat prescriptions. From 1st March 2025 all prescription request will need to be made via the NHS App see more information about this in our prescription section. We do understand that for some patients this may feel very daunting especially if you have little or no IT skills. The practice will therefore be offering patients help on registration and use of the NHS App and sessions are now available for patients to book into, you can book a session on 01512953444 our fully trained Care Navigators will guide you through registration and installation of the app on your smart phone, you will need to bring with you the following items: Your smart phone photo driving license or passport (don't worry if you do not have photo ID we can still get your registered and set up) Alternatively local council services offer free IT training the nearest is Walton Life Rooms Rice Lane you can view their training timetable here for basic IT training Walton timetable :: The Life Rooms
